Downstairs a full open plan kitchen, dining space and lounge. Upstairs, an entertainment area with an indoor braai and balcony with views of the lagoon. The space The space is open and bright, full of light and amazingly spacious for 3 generations who would like to holiday together or even 2 families. There is ample parking behind the gate for your boat and 2 vehicles. The garden has a trampoline and a swingset for the little ones. Guest access You are welcome to use all the spaces not locked in the house. (Locked spaces will be the garage, the study and the main bedroom walk-in cupboard). The apartment attached is also off-limits while there are guests in it.
