Bay View apartment Minehead

Bay View apartment has uninterrupted sea views. With a new kitchen, and flooring. We love the fact that you can sit and have a meal looking out to sea in all weathers,it is always changing Watching the RNLI life boats practice on a Sunday morning is interesting. The apartment is just a few yards away from a large park with play area for children, and an ideal for a walk. There is a very good pub just down the road and it is very easy to walk into the town itself. New Smart Tv The space The space in the flat is only available to the people who have booked it. The flat has two bedrooms, bathroom with electric shower over bath, toilet and sink. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge/ diner with fabulous views. We update the apartment through the winter, we have painted the doors and updated the handles, painted the lounge, so everything is looking good. Guest access The apartment is on the top floor, it has its own front door, the front and back main doors are for the other apartments. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Other things to note We will leave a permit for guest to use so they can park in the council car park or outside the apartment, guests may park in front of the garage door, of number 6 garage,but if that’s not possible because of other vehicles we have a parking permit in the apartment that may be used. There is free Wifi available, the password will be left at the flat. We have decided not to allow dogs any more, because people are not respecting the rules. Out of the front window you can see the remains of the Old Pier which was built in 1901, but demolished in the Second World War due to it obscured the line of fire to the channel.
