A log burning fireplace, backyard fire pit, large private fenced yard (perfect for your fur babies) and driveway, has all the comforts of home! Positively no parties without prior approval! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE! PLEASE DO NOT WASH THE TOWELS The space 1000sq ft, 2 bedrooms, also blowup queen and twin floor mattress, I bath, full kitchen, two eating areas, outdoor gas BBQ AND FIRE-PIT...card table and four chairs kept in master bedroom closet! Please give me a correct guest number so we can leave the right amount of towels!! GREAT views of mts front and back....PETS WELCOME..pet safe fencing surrounding the whole property! Guest access Cabin and surrounding fenced yard! About a half acre!! Other things to note We also provide coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, marshmallows for roasting and everything you need to prepare and eat a meal…the cabin also has very good well drinking water. PLEASE DO NOT WASH THE TOWELS…Cabin is also on septic tank so be kind to our system....we have three excellent restaurants about a mile from the cabin on 69! Steak house, Mexican restaurant and a Texas BBQ…PLEASE DON’T WASH BEDDING, SHEETS OR TOWELS! PLEASE NOTE....check out is at 10am and there will be a $25.00 fee for every hour after checkout time! There is a 220v outdoor plug-in….$25 for one full charge of electric car!!
