Please note the above when booking. Once again, the sleeping arrangements available to you: 2 full size bedrooms for a couple each or for 2 people (each) sharing a bed 1 kids bedroom with a bunk bed (2 kids or 2 adults ready to share the bunkbed) 1 room converted into the bedroom to accommodate larger groups: it can have 1 or 2 single roll out beds. The total we can accommodate is 8 people. But it does not mean 8 separate bedrooms, it means 4 rooms as follows: 2 bedrooms X 2 couples (or 2 people sharing a large bed) 1 bunkbed bedroom X 2 kids (can be adults willing to do so) 1 arranged bedroom with 1 or 2 single roll out beds (they are comfortable), which means it can accommodate 1 adult or child or 2 people sharing this room. One Master bedroom has a freestanding tiled Norwegian wood burning stove. Logs are provided. The host can arrange assistance with lighting the stove. It has its own WC with a sink. 2. The second large bedroom has a beautiful very large low bed and is decorated in chinese blue and gold. 3. Kids bedroom with a Danish made bunkbed is nice and sunny. Fits to sleep an adult on a lower bunk. The room has a piano. We have another spare room with a view on this level (upstairs), use it for a quiet meditative moment or reading. A shower room with a Villeroy Boch bath tub and a WC is for sharing by the guests in your group. Downstairs: 4. We have created a bedroom out of our meditation room downstairs, it has 1 or on request 2 roll out singe beds to accommodate more people in your group. A dining and lounge area has an open fireplace (at the lounge end of the room) and a free standing Norwegian tiled stove (at the dining table area). Assistance with lighting stoves and re stocking the wooden logs for the fire can be arranged by the host on request. The lounge area is perfect for a relaxing candle lit time. Gather around the open fire for a chat, a round of table games, to read your favourite book or discover new titles from an extended library in the hall, browse some outstanding coffee table books, from the owners' collection. Wi Fi internet is available, the strongest signal is received downstairs. Should you need to work, a dining table provides a perfect space for your personal pop up office. Kitchen is equipped with a French Le Corneu gas stove and will please even a dedicated cook. A belgian-made kitchen dining table is designed for 8 people, but can comfortably accommodate a larger group. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs for home cooking; a free standing freezer is located in the spacious utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. Washing machine is placed in the utility room. An additional shower room and an extra WC with a sink are located downstairs. ATTENTION: LAWN NOT ACCESSIBLE IN THE SUMMER 2023. Guest access Guest have access to all areas of the house minus deck and lawn during the summer 2023.
