The space KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen terrace for your morning coffee, and a beautiful dining area offer your trip those extra perfect moments with your loved ones. LIVING AREA: Spacious open living area complete with a TV, comfortable seating and beautiful windows to watch the energy of London. Please note that this home is an open-concept design with 3 levels and 2 open staircases (no rails) and therefore may not be suitable for toddlers, young children or elderly adults. The home showcases many beautiful antiques that will need to be regarded with care and not suitable for children. The house is walking distance to multiple transportation services and offers one parking spot available upon request (vehicle information and registration required prior to arrival. BEDROOMS: 3 Bedroom #1: The loft on the top floor has a queen-sized bed and fits 1-2 people as well as a double futon sofa that can fit 1-2 people. Please let us know if you intend to use the futon sofa so that linens can be provided as it is not regularly made up. Additionally in the loft is an en suite bathroom room with a large shower. Bedroom #2: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and fits 1-2 people. It has an en suite bathroom with a large tub perfect for soaking at the end of the day. Bedroom #3: The third bedroom (green room) has a queen-sized bed and fits 1-2 people. Linens are provided for 6 adults. If you will be using the futon sofa, please notify us prior to your arrival. BATHROOMS: 2 One full bathroom complete with a large soaking tub is accessed through the master bedroom. One half bathroom with a large shower is located in the upstairs loft. Towels are provided for 6 adults. If you require additional towels, please notify us prior to your arrival. ADDITIONAL INFO: No Smoking indoors allowed. Smoking is permitted in outdoor garden only. An ironing board and iron is available but there are no onsite washing machine or dryer. Fans and AC are available in the home for warmer summer months. For your safety, access to the rooftop is strictly prohibited. Please do not try to force locked doors. Guest access This home has a self-check in process and check out. Full entry details will be sent over booking is confirmed. Check in is at 3:00pm (special arrangements can often be accommodated if available) Check out is at 10:00am.
