This big apartment is between Moda street and Moda Garden and very close to Bosphorus. All public transportations ( ferry, bus, underground, tram) are just few mins away. All the rooms are very quite and the balcony sees Bosphorus. PLEASE READ My apartment is for 1 bedroom, for 2guests. Second bedroom costs EXTRA (to have it, add more than 2 guests) There are a lot of very popular cafes/bars and restaurants around the apartment, markets and organic shops also are in few mins walking distance. There is also parks and gardens around the neighbourhood. My guests have access to one large livingroom, a balcony, 2bedrooms (after 2guests), a kitchen fully equipped, and a bathroom with hot water. IMPORTANT My apartment is for 1 bedroom, for 2 guests. Second bedroom costs EXTRA (to have it, add total 4 guests) Second bedroom will be remaining locked, unless 4 guests are welcomed) My Co-host zeynep will be in touch with you within the whole process. None of us will be there in check-in/outs. Self check-ins will be achieved, due to pandemic reasons. Moda is the most popular neighbourhood of İstanbul. For airport transportation, you can use Havabus, that comes to few mins walking distance . Ferry piers are also in few mins walking distance from the apartment. Tram stop is just at the corner Bus station and dolmuş stops are in few mins walking distance. You can download ‘moovit’ app to your phones to get different public transportation solutions for your destinations. It is a family building so you have to be polite to other neighbours , avoid any unneccessary interaction. Please avoid making noises in the shared areas of the building. -We dont want our guests to wear shoes in the flat. Please leave your shoes at the enterance of the house. -You do not have an access to the back balcony of the bedrooms. -You can smoke in the front balcony of livingroom. -You have to leave all bedsheets and used towels in front of washing machine before leaving the flat. -Please leave no garbage, and no dishes behind. -Please dont open closed drawers and wardrobes, where my personal staff remaining. - If any harm is done to apartment, or to belongings in it, please take photos, and inform us immediately. -Please follow the exact check-in, and check-out times. If we have flexibility, we will offer you late and early check in-out times with pleasure.
