The space The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom unit in a quiet building located along the Barra/Ondina strip, offering a prime location. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or even groups of up to 3 people during festive seasons, the apartment boasts excellent natural lighting, and a kitchen equipped with basic essentials for a comfortable stay. We provide fast and reliable internet (500 Mbps), in case you need to work or attend meetings. Air conditioning to be installed in September, and it there's excellent natural ventilation (lots of breeze) and ceiling fans in both rooms. As the apartment is in a fully residential building, parties and external guests are not allowed. I appreciate your understanding :)
