Guest access There is off street parking on our driveway for a vehicle. You also have access to the pool in the common area down a flight of stairs from your balcony. Please note that the hot tub and the pool area are NOT used by other guests however we (the hosts) do have access to this space as it's on the lower level. Your cooperation in the matter would be greatly appreciated. We do live on the property and keep to ourselves but we are available at any time should you need something or assistance. Your rate includes: -Wood for the braai and fireplace including firestarters -some blitz -milk, tea, sugar, salt and pepper -soap, toilet paper (Please note due to the self catering nature of this property, amenities will not be replenished during your stay. You are welcome to purchase should you run out.) Due to the nature of the construction of the building, it can get quite loud when the rain POURS down. Normal gentle rain is not too loud. The roof also expands and contracts when it heats and cools down. Ear plugs are provided if you find the noise too intrusive. The metal roof expands and contracts as it heats and cools which makes it sound like rain. If you are allergic to cats, please reconsider booking this property as the cats do come up to say hi and we cannot keep them locked inside for the duration of your stay.
