holiday home 300m from the beach The space The house of 180 m2 is functional and very bright (large windows overlooking the garden of 1000m2). On the ground floor: an entrance with several closets, a desk, a toilet, an open plan kitchen to the dining room with living room and fireplace. Behind the kitchen in the garage you will find the washing and dryers. Overlooking the garden an independent master suite with a bedroom, a 140 X 200 double bed, several closets, a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink and separate toilet. Two stairs out the upstairs. On the first floor on one side, a large bedroom with 3 beds 90x190, a children's room with 2 beds 90x190 (possibilities of 2 other beds 90x190). Games are available (children's games, dinettes, board games...). One Bedroom 1 bed 140 x 200 and another bedroom with 1 bed 1400 x 200 and desk. Finally, a bathroom with bathtub and double vanity and toilet. On the other side upstairs you will also find a TV room with sofa, armchair and desk. A large south-facing outdoor terrace will allow you to enjoy the garden with teak garden furniture, sunbeds and sunbathing. A barbecue is at your disposal. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden. We are available to discuss with you about the house and the area, as well as the possibilities of activities. Other things to note The house is located close to the sea and daily trips can be done on foot (groceries at the supermarket, bread, small bar, restaurant, beach, start of hikes...). Transportation Brest Airport is 35 minutes away and Landerneau train station 30 minutes away (Morlaix 40mn) (possibility to rent cars there). Bihan buses are on site a few minutes away.
