If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for something uniquely rustic in a spectacular setting where most of your day will be spent outside, Nana's Beach Cottage is just the place for you and your family. The cottage is located just a few steps from a beautiful private sand beach where you can swim and play right out your front door, hike through woods, kayak the shoreline, walk the mudflats at low tide, watch birds, identify anemones in the tide pools, indulge in beach novels, rekindle that latent interest in watercolor painting or photography, drift to sleep with the lapping of the waves and wake to a sunrise dancing across the water. For adults and children of all ages, this is a special place to be away from it. Here everyone can disconnect from digital devices and connect with one of the most beautiful spots in Maine. Guest access As guests of Nana's Beach Cottage, you will enjoy full access to several other sandy beaches, mudflats, endless rocky shorelines, tide pools teeming with critters, nature preserves, and fresh water ponds.
