Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal. The space The home was built in our former stables. It is independent and has been completely refurbished with quality materials. It consists of a spacious 40 m² living room overlooking a private terrace (with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue) and the covered and heated pool. The living room is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and Senseo. A 10 m² bedroom on the ground floor and adjoining the shower room (equipped with a hairdryer) offers a bed. The staircase in bedroom 1 leads to the sleeping area of the connecting mezzanine (called bedroom 2). You also have another bed in the sofa bed in the living room. Near the stove you have a comfortable reading area. I provide you with tea towels, washable sponge and shower exit mat. You can rent bed linen (12 euros per bed for the stay with towels). Wi-Fi connection and smart TV. The occupant leaves the cottage tidy, the appliances and dishes clean and tidy. Beds should be stripped and laundry gathered.
