A unique Traditional Malay house inspired by the architecture of Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Kelantan on 2 and a half acre piece of land. It is located on the foothill of Bukit Saji with villa, open hall, infinity pool and bbq pit. It is suitable as a getaway or retreat for couples and families who are longing to immerse themselves in a secluded and private traditional 'kampung' house or to host events such as weddings, gatherings, meetings, workshops or campings. BEDROOM 1 (Bilek Mesheilla) - Double bed, 2 towels, kain pelikat, kain sarong, and prayer mat (for muslims) are inside the wardrobe. Bilek Mesheilla is bathroom en-suite. BEDROOM 2 (Bilek Maisarah) - King bed,2 towels, kain pelikat, kain sarong, and prayer mat (for muslims) are inside the wardrobe. Bilek Maisarah is shared bathroom with Bilek Melissa. BEDROOM 3 (Bilek Melissa) - Double bed, 2 towels, kain pelikat, kain sarong, and prayer mat (for muslims) are inside the wardrobe. Bilek Melissa is sharing bathroom with Bilek Maisarah. BEDROOM 4 (MASTER) - This room is for private use only. However, no other person or family member will come during guest stay. LIVING ROOM - TV with astro - Couch HOUSE KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas stove, basic crockery, pots and pans. - Catering - We do not have restaurant/cafe on site but we suggest that either you guys cook, walk up to Che Mun's house to have meals, order meals from us in advance or join our cooking workshop for lunch!. Menus will be given to you upon your arrival. GAMES: - Traditional & local games Guest access Our guests will have a private access to all the facilities offered at Rumah Dusun. Mosquitoes are part of nature; they do exist here. We provide vapemats near the beds; fans and the wind will protect you at night. Mosquito coils are a fire hazard and are not allowed on Rumah Dusun. We are careful that there is no standing water in drains, and we rear fish in all our water pots to eat mosquito larvae. However, when you are walking around the orchard it is advisable to use spray-on repellant. All the doors and windows need to be shut by 6.30pm to avoid mosquitoes. Do you have Wifi? We do not have wifi in our guest houses or common area. Is there mobile phone service there? Yes, we do receive mobile service. Some devices can receive Edge and sometimes 3G. What do you mean by self-catering? Once you arrive and are shown to your house, we pretty much leave you alone. Staff will send meals if you have ordered them. We do not have 24-hour reception. We have staff on duty from 8am to 7pm. If you need anything please make your request before 7pm. However, the owners are available to attend to emergencies at night.
