Admire the landscapes from every room of the house, which showcase the famous Remarkable Mountain range, Lake Wakatipu, Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Stunning sunsets will be guaranteed here! LOCATION: A fantastic location on Queenstown Hill, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet just a quick three-minute drive to get there. This peaceful address provides a sense of luxury and relaxation. Guests are also just an eight-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away. STYLE: This 363 square metre modern home exudes style and luxury. If you can take your eyes away from the alpine outlook, you will quickly appreciate the carefully selected pieces of furniture and the fabulous light-filled rooms. The main living area has a convenient open plan concept, and there so many additional rooms and spaces for guests to spread out. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The master bedroom on the main level, includes a private balcony, Smart TV, large walk-in-wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite with separate shower and a bath with mountain views. Downstairs, bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all offer stunning lake views as well. Bedroom 2 has a Smart TV, ensuite and a shared balcony with Bedroom 3. The bathroom for Bedroom 3 is directly across the hall. Bedroom 4 has a walk-through-wardrobe and ensuite with shower. There is also a guest toilet on the main living level. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating. CONFIGURATION: Sleeps 8 ● Master Bedroom – Super King bed ● Bedroom 2 – King bed ● Bedroom 3 – Split King bed* ● Bedroom 4 – King bed *Split King bed can be reconfigured as 2 x singles, providing excellent flexibility for groups. Please advise your preference when booking. LIVING AREAS: The main living is a light and bright space with lofty ceilings and multiple seating areas to relax and admire the never-ending views. Extra-large floor to ceiling windows line the whole top level of the home. There is a separate media room with a cosy lounge suite and an elegant gas fireplace. There is also a children’s nook on the lower level with a desk and books. This home certainly provides space and entertainment for everyone! KITCHEN & DINING: A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats 8 with an incredible outlook. Sliding glass doors surround two sides of the dining area, which provides lovely fresh air and a nice flow to the outdoor area. THE GREAT OUTDOORS: Step outside from the main living area to a spacious entertainers’ deck with a BBQ, dining table and ‘Hot Spring’ spa pool. Three of the bedrooms open to balconies, again designed to make the most of this home’s amazing setting. OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Other conveniences and comforts include an office, garage with internal access and a ping pong table, full laundry facilities, and underfloor heating throughout. RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS: Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, spa pool valet, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$495 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.
