Booking Information: Our accommodation rate is based on a twin share per room. For bookings involving four people, two bedrooms will be allocated. Any additional bedrooms or bathrooms used beyond the initial booking will incur an extra guest rate of $250.00 per room per night. This fee covers additional cleaning and linen expenses. The maximum occupancy for this property is eight guests, ensuring an intimate and comfortable experience for all. If the property is left beyond a reasonable clean standard we may be required to charge guests an additional cleaning fee based on $60/hr to cover the additional cleaning costs required.
