Beautiful apartment 5 minutes from the sea, this is a space created with soul, for rest, being and pleasure. The apartment is 33 sq meters, it's a kind of studio. The main room is the living room (here a double sofa bed, coffee table and table with chairs). From the living room you enter a small bedroom, where there is a bed. At the entrance there is a kitchen (kitchenettes visible in the photos), entrance to the bathroom. From the living room, there is an entrance to a small balcony. Self check-in with codes. A high-rise building, there is an elevator. The space Studio - bedroom with double bed (futon mattress) - living room: table, chairs, sofa bed, wardrobes, mirror, coffee table, TV - Smart TV - Netflix (no cable TV!), books; - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kitchen appliances, fridge) - beautiful bathroom - small balcony with breakfast table :) Guest access Almost barefoot on the beach? You've come to the right place! The apartment is located 5 minutes, i.e. 400 m from the beach. In a charming seaside district, a former fishing village. Where you will find all the necessary things for a wonderful holiday :) Bike rental, water equipment, historic Spa House with restaurant and Haffner Park, pier, many pubs, restaurants, attractions, lighthouse in Nowy Port (15-20 min walk through the park). Playgrounds on the beach or in the park. From the balcony you can see Żabka, near the pharmacy, post office, parcel locker, various stores, Lewiatan, bakeries a little further Lidl, Biedronka, and above all the sea and beaches!!!! Other things to note - 2nd floor, in a residential block (skyscraper) there is an elevator. - self check-in with codes, - check-in 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (if possible, it is possible to check in earlier, it is worth asking) - check-out by 3:00 p.m. - quiet hours 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. - No smoking. - no pets allowed. - no parties in the apartment.
