Two-room apartment on the Vyborg side

A two-room apartment on the Vyborg side, accessible to travelers of all cultures and views The space Accommodation in a non-standard Khrushchevka built in 1962. The apartment has recently been renovated. If you like brick walls and all these lofts as much as I do, stay here :) The house was built by the workers of the tram factory, which was previously located under the windows of the apartment. Now the windows overlook the trees and the field. Construction corporations are lobbying for densification, but the fate of the area has not yet been decided. The areas of Khrushchev-era buildings are characterized by comfortable low-rise buildings and lots of greenery. It is not a noisy and dirty center, but it is not the outskirts in multi-storey anthills. Guest access All the variety of available items is listed in the Amenities section (below). It does not include a YouTube-premium subscription on the TV, a set of stationery and blackout curtains in both rooms, which can also be used by guests. Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th floor, you have to climb the stairs. To reimburse the cost of accommodation on business trips, I provide a self-employed check.
