Description
Located in a green setting on a wooded hill with a beautiful view of the Serein Valley and Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this unusual pavilion offers absolute calm in a very cozy and designer setting. The conversion of an art space into eco-responsible residential architecture makes this possible. Enjoy an exceptional experience in an exceptional location, close to cultural and gastronomic highlights in the heart of Burgundy. The space Located on a plateau at the height of the treetops, with a panoramic view of the Serein valley, surrounded by a protected natural area, on a plot of 9000 m², it is the first of the three housing modules entering the condominium of the "hamlet of fireflies". By location and orientation, each Pavilion benefits from its own land and privacy. Closed on the north side, the pavilion opens on the south side to a private garden of 500 m², to which is added on the slope a wooded plot of 2500 m², forming part of the protected natural area. The Pavilion's unusual shape and industrial charm testify to its artistic past. Completed in 2019, it is made with quality materials and furnished with custom-made and designer furniture. Noyers-sur-Serein, located just 2 km away, ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", offers the rare picture of a preserved medieval city, with the advantage of being at the same time alive, with festivals, markets, shops, restaurants etc. Guided tour: The entrance is through the container, recycled and covered with wood (for use as laundry room/wardrobe/storage and technical room) by a glazed connecting airlock to the living space. Upon entering, the gaze falls on the large fully glazed facade on the valley side. The zenithal light, complemented by the elongated side windows, creates a bright atmosphere in all rooms. Along the entire length are specially designed furniture, matching the vaulted shape of the organic structure. The spacious bedroom with its large bed communicates with the open bathroom, the shower is separated by glass bricks. The toilets are separate and accessible from the hallway. The sofa bed (real mattress) in the living room can offer another comfortable place to sleep. In front of the large bay window, in the spirit of a loft, open kitchen, dining room and living room, offering a superb view of the Serein valley. In line with the kitchen, fully equipped, is the wood stove in a central position. From the sofa you can contemplate the fire as well as the green nature outside the windows. Direct access to the terrace extends the living space to the outside, and through the terrace to the south-facing garden where there is also a small wooden cabin for children's games. It's a Zen place to observe nature and animals, read quietly, be at home. The brand new BONUS is access to a natural pool in the shape of a swimming corridor (12.5 m long by 2.5 m wide), beautifully planted on the side, which is located on the ground next to Pavilion M.
