Description

Set in a green setting on a tree-lined hillside with magnificent views of the Serein Valley and Noyers sur Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this unusual pavilion offers you absolute calm in a very cozy and design setting. The reconversion of an art space into eco-responsible residential architecture makes it possible. Live an exceptional experience in an exceptional place, close to cultural and gastronomic hotspots in the heart of Burgundy. The space Yellow Pavilion Designed in the spirit of a functional, design and very cozy "tiny house", this pavilion is perfect for a relaxing stay in peace and quiet. The sleeping area has a spacious bedroom with a large bed, communicating with an integrated bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. The living space consists of a bright loft-style living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and living room. For the little extras, imagine lounging in the hammock or sun loungers in the shade of the trees in summer or cooling off in the natural pool on the grounds. Inside, a wood-burning stove awaits you for warm evenings, where you can contemplate the fire and nature from the sofa. This sofa, equipped with a real mattress, offers a very comfortable extra bed for one person. The south side garden also has a charming wooden hut for children. If you are traveling in a larger group, you also have the option to rent the large 'blue' Pavilion in addition; everyone will keep their private and autonomous space, while enjoying an ideal proximity to meet. Don't hesitate to contact us for the combined price. Although nestled in the heart of nature, the hamlet of Les Verts Luisants enjoys the immediate proximity of Noyers-sur-Serein, accessible only 2 km away. Ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, it is a preserved and surprisingly lively medieval city, with its festivals, markets, museum, shops and restaurants. You can easily get there by bike or enjoy a nice walk along the Serein. Finally, enjoy an exceptional experience by easily radiating to the cultural and gastronomic highlights of the region: Vézelay, Auxerre, Chablis or Semur-en-Auxois. Guest access The brand new PLUS is access to a natural swimming pool in the shape of a swimming corridor (12.5 m long by 2.5 m wide), beautifully planted on the side, which is on the grounds next to the Pavillon Bleu. Ideal for cooling off with the increasingly hot summers. For the toddlers there is a small inflatable pool. About heat: next to the pool is a small private sauna, appreciated especially in fall/winter. Each season has its advantages. Other things to note For your comfort, the location and orientation of each pavilion have been designed to offer you your own land and preserve your privacy. Closed to the north, the pavilions open majestically to the south onto a private garden, and to the west onto a vast wooden terrace overlooking a wooded plot on the slope. Have you ever lived in a work of art? The reconversion of an art space into eco-responsible residential architecture makes it possible.
