"The Courtyard" with sundrenched patio

Welcome to Belvoir Pavilions – a bespoke country guest house retreat nestled between the historic town of Berry and Jervis Bay and a mere 2 hour drive from Sydney and just over 2 ½ hours from Canberra. We are a guest house that offers visitors a tranquil, peaceful retreat on a beautiful property that boasts 2 ½ acres of lush, verdant garden abundant with plants and wildlife. Our four bedrooms and studio are individually styled and include quality bed linen and toiletries. The space 'The Courtyard' exudes country charm and comfort. It is a gorgeous, perfectly proportioned bedroom with a double bed, TV, fridge, wardrobe, drawers, side tables and chair. A vaulted ceiling and tongue and groove wood paneling on the walls showcase this gorgeous space. Double french doors lead out to a private balcony – ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying views of the Rose Garden and the beautiful giant date palm. The stunning bathroom located down the hall, may be shared between this room and the Old Library room (should that be booked). The toilet is exclusive to this room and located beside the bathroom down the hall. Guest access You have access to the gardens, pool with opportunity to eat breakfast at the breakfast bar or outside pavillion. During your stay As I live on the premises I will be available for any assistance required by my guests. I am always approachable but completely understand my guests wishing to maintain their privacy. A glass of wine or cup of tea/coffee in the back terrace pavilion is on offer for those who wish to have a more interactive stay. Other things to note There are 2 very friendly dogs on the property - Ellie my gorgeous 12 year old border collie and Louie - poodle X/terrier. Also around is Monty my 14 year old cat. So my guests should be animal lovers as my pets are part of the family. I am passionate about a maintaining peaceful, tranquil and completely relaxing environment for my guests. This is not a party house although I fully expect all my guests to feel at home and treat my place as they would their own. Registration Details Exempt
