SWEL - a Cape St Francis gem, steps from the beach

SWEL is a stunning two bedroom house, situated just a few steps from the iconic Seal Point surf break and beautiful Cape St Francis beach. Enjoy modern comforts with a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king-size beds and spacious bathrooms. Unwind in the peaceful outdoor area with ocean views, a plunge pool and sun loungers. Enjoy starry skies alongside the fire pit. Within walking distance are coffee shops, a grocery store and the renowned Nevermind restaurant at Seal Point Lighthouse. The space This beach house has a light filled open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large glass doors opening onto a patio where there is a dining table and Weber braai. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate scullery with laundry facilities. At the front patio of the house is a ocean view, a plunge pool with sun loungers and a fire pit. There are two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed (or can be two single beds) with a spacious ensuite with bath, shower, double basin and toilet. It also has a separate adjoining outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed that can be split into two single beds. This room also has the option of a single sofa couch for a third guest. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, double basin and toilet. There is plenty of parking for more than one vehicle. The house has an inverter with back up power. Other things to note The plunge pool is not heated as part of the rental rate. Heating is by request at an additional cost of R300/day. Please note this is not a hot tub. The maximum temperature of the pool is 25 degrees. In high season (mid December to mid January), a minimum of 14 nights is required to book. If you wish to book for Christmas and New Year, a minimum of 21 nights is required.
