These are separate units, however they do share the same stairway and entry hallway. Ocean View is located above Lunada Garden Bistro, but you wouldnt even know it, its so quiet here Uber, walk, bike, beach walks :) Please note that our Ocean View Suite is located upstairs and does not have an elevator. However, the stunning coastal views and luxurious amenities make the climb worth it. Although there is a restaurant located below the suite, previous guests have not experienced any issues with noise. In fact, the convenient proximity to the restaurant allows for a unique in-suite dining experience for special occasions. Please arrange with the restaurant in advance to indulge in this special treat. The private hot tub on the balcony is for the exclusive use of our guests staying at Ocean View Suite. We kindly ask that you be responsible and respectful while using it. As a legal vacation rental, we are required by San Luis Obispo County to charge a 12% bed tax.
