Ranchero This house was featured on the DIY Network show, Texas Flip and Move. A chic twist on rural ranch style living, this three bedroom cottage has three bedrooms - 2 King and 2 twin beds and two bathrooms. Creams and browns provide a soothing backdrop while the generous outdoor deck allows a perfect view of the vineyard, the third oldest in Texas! Full refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and basic cooking set. The space Plenty of comfortable living space and ample kitchen, families and groups alike will enjoy the ability to cook, watch TV, read, play games and just relax and enjoy a respite from the daily grind. Decorated in creams and browns, you'll find some local artist furnishings making this a cozy cabin for families and larger groups. 7.5 acres of mature grapevines await you along with the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen. A portable grill and outside patio chairs offer the perfect spot to share tall tales of prairie living! A common area Pavillion is great for larger gatherings to enjoy the fire pit or yard games. The vineyard tasting room and balcony is just a walk up the hill open Fri-Sun. Sheep, sheep dogs, donkeys and more on or near property. Guest access Feel free to take a stroll up the gravel drive among the vines, a great morning ritual! Production facility tours available by appointment prior to arrival. Please note that the Ballroom area of our beautiful Event Facility is strictly for private events. During rentals at the Event Center projected to open July 2018, other groups may be on the estate for an activity; however they are a distance from the bungalows. Visible but not nearby with acres of vineyards separating the two :) Bungalow guests are always welcome at the Tasting Room and patio on the East side of the facility. Check for hours of operation. Other things to note We provide the first day Keurig set up. Wine and some other items available for a charge upon request prior to arrival. Please note Wifi can be spotty in the country. We have Wifi available for each unit along with a Firestick for Netflix, Hulu etc (no cable)
