Villa Rosa is a three storey Villa situated within a large, unspoilt garden. The Villa has three large bedrooms all with modern amenities : air conditioning, TV and WiFi. There are three bathrooms, two living areas and a kitchen with its own patio for outdoor dining . Villa Rosa boasts two breathtaking panocamic terraces with a sun lounge and Jacuzzi® . It has its own private courtyard with a traditional pizza oven and barbecue area. The space The house is built on 3 levels. The ground floor has access out INTO the garden from the living area and large kitchen area which has a small shower room /utility room. The first floor are two largish bedrooms ,one of which has a gallery(mezzanine),bathroom with bath tub and a small terrace with a view . The second floor has a medium sized room with two sofa beds, second bedroom with a standard double bed with bathroom with shower ensuite. On the second floor there is access onto the roof terrace with the breathtaking views overlooking the Naples Gulf. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the villa with no shared spaces. Use of the Jacuzzi® is exclusive 24/7 from April to October. The pizza oven cannot be used without the owner's supervision Other things to note Outside : In front of the house there is a large courtyard, a pizza oven and a barbecue area .On the roof terrace you can admire the breathtaking views of the gulf of Sorrento.
