This listing is off the beaten path tucked away into trees on quarter mile dirt dead end road. Nature areas nearby- in all directions. This relaxed stay can accommodate up to 2 persons. The property has florals in the spring and summer (April-July) with plenty of on site parking to meet your needs. I live on the property, but this unit is attached to the garage and away from my quarters. You are provided with queen bed, all bedding, multiple seating arrangements inside and out. We provide light dish-ware and a microwave with mini fridge. The fridge is outside on the back patio. If you would like it moved inside during your stay please let me know. The guests have access to the entire guest quarters, including sole access to the bathroom, as well as a keyless separate entrance. Guests are welcome to use the outside patio for lounging. You may see me or my pups around the property- if I need to get into garage or backyard playing with pups. I am on the property full time. However, with my keyless entry system I provide contactless checkin. Im available for questions or concerns through Airbnb messenger and can trouble shoot any issues or questions during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and low activity, tucked into the woods. The last 1/4 mile to house is gravel road. Fence blocking nearest neighbors. Tall trees up on a hill. There is a taxi service in Florence. Parking is provided free of charge for up to two vehicles. If you need a ride to or from the airport in Eugene, or to a car rental agency, let me know and I can make travel arrangements. 250 ft above sea level- outside of tsunami zone. Inside the pizza delivery area for Florence. Dogs are blocked by backyard fence. No kitchen. Septic system- flush only toilet paper.
