Our Home has facilities you would like to have in a typical private Villa with a swimming pool. Located in Kotte, we are near to the Parliament, nearby the ancient Rajamaha Vihara Temple, Biodiversity Study Park, Hemas Hospital, supermarket, bike share rentals, places to eat, Pita Kotte & Thalawatugoda Towns. The area features historic architecture, and attractions like the Bird's sanctuary, Folk Art Museum & Boat rides in lake, and amazing views. Free Wi-fi and parking within the premises. The space The house is in the middle of a large garden and is not visible from the road. Its very spacious with large swimming pool and a lounge. The gate is constantly kept closed and it is maintained as such for your privacy and no outsider is allowed other than guests. A member of the staff will be available to greet you and for assistance. The Room: This airy & relaxing room is on the ground floor of the home. It has a beautiful queen-sized bed so two persons can comfortably sleep, 4 pillows, white bed linens and a dresser with mirror. Children can be accommodated but we are unable to provide a cot. Bed linen and towels are provided free. Wi-fi and 24h parking in the premises are also provided free. At the foot of the bed there is also a writing table, wardrobe, and a flat screen TV. Next to the bed you have 2 nightstands with lamps, and a ceiling fan. The Room opens to the garden bringing in natural light which adds to the ambiance of the space. The home is within a lush garden, open in all sides with plenty of natural light and ventilation. You have the pleasure of enjoying plenty of foliage & trees - with the paved floors and the high roof make the house naturally "air-conditioned". If you are into Art, Poetry or writing, this is the ideal retreat for you as you are in the midst of plenty of art and cultural motifs. This room gives access to the open verandah facing the garden. Depending on your preference, during extreme climate it can be hot or cold to comfortably use. The Room has a fan ( no air conditioning unit). The closest bathroom is private and is attached on-suite with running hot and cold water with rain showers. The bathroom has a shower with a glass cubicle, Closet, and a Wash Basin. The shower is open to sky and therefore is brightly lit. The room is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out, and all public spaces of the house are well appointed and professionally cleaned daily. Delicious Sri Lankan or continental breakfast can be provided on request. Parking: There is free and unassigned private parking within the premises. Once you book, the house manual will have additional parking tips and information. Guest access Guests are able use of the room they have reserved, and have full access to the Lounge, Pool Deck, and the clear water swimming Pool. You may also use the rear patio at your leisure. You will have access to the dining and sitting area and have the privilege of enjoying a serene, warm and homely environment. During your stay We want all our guests to feel comfortable and like our home is their home away from home. We will be always available at the premises should you need assistance. If any issues arise, we are available and will promptly respond to your message through the Airbnb platform. Also, if any house rules are broken, we will immediately address it; please read them thoroughly and oblige. Other things to note This is an Airbnb building with some areas that are communal. Thus, for everyone's safety and comfort some house rules are essential. We wholeheartedly love hosting, and the many of reviews left by our incredible guests are testimony of it.
