I believe in our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for this house in hopes it would make your stay more pleasurable. We always replace our bedding covers (duvet) with clean ones for new clients, so there is no need for a flat sheet. Our pillow cases have two covers on them. The floors are vacuumed and steam mopped to ensure our guests will have a clean space. As a response to the recent worldwide Covid-19 concerns, we want to let our guests know that our cleaners use Lysol All-Purpose Cleaner Spray, Lemon Breeze,(Kills Germs )spray or 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean all faucets, switches, toilet seats, toilet handles, door knobs, kitchen countertops, dining tables, couches, inside the refrigerator and bathrooms for your protection. Please carry your personal hygiene protection during the trip to maintain healthy sanitation practices. Be sure to wash your hands often and we wish you a safe and pleasant stay! We also provide our guests with a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System for clean drinking water(So you don't need to buy bottle water) . Our kitchen is fully equipped. Our laundry room is provided with laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a new washer and dryer. Prior to your arrival, please text me so I can disarm the alarm system remotely. Walmart and Albertson's supermarkets are 1-3 minutes away. AT&T Stadium, 6 miles from UT Arlington. The Grand Prairie Premium Outlets are about 7.5 miles away home. 3.5 miles away from The Parks Mall and The Arlington Highlands where they have a wide variety of shops and restaurants to choose from! The entire house. Parking in the garage is accessible through a small street leading behind the house. We are always a text or call away. Either of us would be happy to share information about the area, points of attraction, restaurant recommendations, etc. Both of us live about 15 minutes away so can be available if something arises. Quiet and nice neighborhood The best way to get around the metroplex is by means of car. Sadly, Arlington does not have public transportation. Please no shoes in the house. Please leave your shoes in the garage so dirt will not be brought from the outside. This is a very common custom in Asia.
