The space In a dominant position and enjoying an exceptional environment with its exotic wooden deck of 350 m2, its swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m (1.20 m deep everywhere) and its outdoor Jacuzzi, the Deck des Salants is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m2. This contemporary villa offers a magnificent view of the salt marshes of Guérande, which are a curiosity of this region, 10 minutes from the seaside resort of La Baule. With a living area of about 330 m2, the Deck des Slants comfortably accommodates 12 people (maximum number allowed including children). It consists of: – a large living room of 80 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, – 6 bedrooms (upstairs: 3 double bedrooms with two 160 cm beds and one 140 cm bed; on the ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 adjoining bedroom with 2 90 cm beds; a 40 m2 veranda bedroom with a view); – a reading room with a privileged view; – 1 bathroom and 5 shower rooms and 5 toilets, including 4 independent. Comfortable facilities, with refined and well-kept furniture, favoring teak. Various rest areas, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, large screen TV, hi-fi... Outside, 12 × 4 m swimming pool surrounded by an exotic wooden terrace, outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people, large garden furniture, long teak table for 12 people and giant parasols, barbecue.
