Pepes and other family run taco stands are within blocks. Need groceries? Ley's is a few blocks away, and corner stores are close by if you're in a rush. The space The kitchen is fully stocked, coffee maker, toaster oven, oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a bodega to store your luggage with a fully working washer & dryer. Guest access You're welcome to spend a lovely evening on the sofa while looking at the beautiful sunset, enjoy relaxing moment watching Netflix on the couch or have a cup of coffee in the morning sitting on the balcony. Want a wider view of the Bay of Banderas? Walk up 4 flights to the roof deck to enjoy a glass of wine or sparkling water, eat a meal or watch the fireworks. Other things to note Master bedroom is the only one with AC, however the back room has a very powerful ceiling fan; but if you need more air you're welcome to use the floor fans.
