Exceptional villa with private sea access

The view from all the rooms is extraordinary, overlooking the sea, rock and beach. The comfort, decor and furnishings are of a high standard. For swimming, there are two solutions: the rocks at the bottom of the garden or the sandy beach less than 200 m from the house. Guests have access to the entire first level of the house, which we rent as part of this listing. The lower level is closed and unoccupied. Most often, we are present for the reception. If we can't be there, a trusted person will be there. We remain permanently available on our mobile phones, the numbers of which are in the house manual Located at the end of a path overlooking the sea, the villa is located in the municipality of Sagone. A small peaceful seaside resort even in high season, it has many shops and restaurants and offers a multitude of activities. There is a Sagone/Ajaccio bus (round trip) once or twice (in season) per day. Ajaccio (Airport or Maritime Station) is 45 minutes by car. Cars are parked in the garden (3 spaces) or on the departmental road.
