Home Away(Non AC)

This is a one bedroom non-AC unit with attached kitchen and washroom on the ground floor of a G plus 2 building. There are 5 other units in the same building. This unit is right next to the parking. It is completely private. The bedroom is divided into a small living space area with a TV(not smart) , a sofa and a work station. No AC. The kitchen has all basic amenities to cook a simple meal. There is a mini fridge as well. The space There are 5 separate units in the property. There is a Homeo Clinic which is Dr Junu's who is also the host of the property. The building has a terrace garden that one can use for yoga or simply to read a book. There is super friendly dog who is the resident dog of the family. He mostly stays upstairs but the evening is his playtime downstairs. He responds to the name Kylo and might come and give you kisses if you want some love. Guest access Terrace is accessible to the guests till 11pm. However, there are monkeys in the locality so guests must remember to close the terrace door behind them. Other things to note 1. The gates are locked by 11pm. And it is non negotiable. 2. We DON'T facilitate early check-in. 3. We don't have a bell boy. Your luggages are your own responsibility. 4. There is no ELEVATOR 5. For power back up, we have INVERTER and not a GENERATOR. 6. We serve better when you treat us with respect. We only understand the language of love. 7. The guests are requested to keep the place clean through out their stay. 8. No Laundry Service in the property, however,there is one on the service lane, a 5 mins walk. 9. There is a caretaker at the property but he is not available for quick shop runs for you. 10.The terrace closes by 11:00 pm and no food is allowed there because there are monkeys. 11. Please do not litter and please close the terrace door behind you as there are monkeys and they are a menace here. 12. Lastly, we are pretty sure that you will have a wonderful time staying with us and that you will leave the place as tidy as you found it for the next guests.
