A two king size double bedroom apartment within a Grand Georgian house in the centre of Great Malvern with PRIVATE access using keysafe with NO internal communal areas. The space Burford House is situated in the heart of Great Malvern and is an ideal location to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and has been well thought out to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. With two bedrooms both have king size beds, high quality sprung mattresses, luxury linen and towels, micro fibre duvet and pillows but with a luxurious feather squish. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space with a hairdryer in each. One room benefits from the beautiful view to the rear of the apartment and the other has two large windows to the side. A very well equipped kitchen diner with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven , microwave and fridge freezer and also a DAB radio with Bluetooth connection. The lounge has magnificent views over the Severn Valley and has a full HD TV and Blu-ray player and a sky package including sky sports and movies on demand. BT infinity Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The bathroom also enjoys views to the Severn Valley and has a spacious bath with p shaped shower over. Battery tea lights can be found throughout the apartment, sorry but no real candles please. The side entrance door leads into a private corridor where there is a washing machine, iron, airer etc and is an ideal place to leave bikes and any outdoor clothing. Guest access PRIVATE access using KEYSAFE with NO communal internal areas. One designated parking space is reserved for apartment 3 and a further space could be arranged on request. Access into the apartment is via a PRIVATE front door located to the left hand side of the building and this leads down a flight of internal stairs into the hallway. A further PRIVATE access through the rear entrance is to the right hand side of the building and down a few external steps and this door leads into the back corridor. There is a communal garden which the guests are very more than welcome to use and a seating area outside the rear entrance that is ideal for a peaceful cup of tea. Other things to note There are 2 private entrances into the apartment. The main entrance door is situated to the left hand side of the property and leads down a flight of stairs, the side entrance is accessed to the right hand side of the property, this also leads down some steps. The side access is ideal for storing bikes and muddy boots etc.
