The stunning fully serviced 220 Sqm offers sleeps up to 8 guests with three spacious bedrooms and extra king size bed. Located in very quiet area among Jomtien Beach and Pattaya downtown. Anjali Villa is a real house and not holiday house. ALL FEES INCLUDED, ELECTRIC FEE INCLUDED The space Villa Anjali is provided of high-speed WiFi connection, a 3 flat-screen TV connected to internet. At ground floor large and lovely decorated open living and lounge area with antique furnitures, flatscreen smart internet TV, sitting area where you can relax after a long day out. Ceiling big fans provide natural freshness. Double dining area for your romantic dinner and fully Euro equipped kitchen are available. The kitchen is plenty of storage space and has fridge-freezer, induction hobs, electric oven, toaster, microwave, blender, & kettle, why not try the local recipes for yourself.... It is also provided an electric hob for having a nice barbeque in the patio. Massive bathroom with basin, bath tub and shower. Second cozy bathroom with modern WC, basin and shower. Small laundry area arranged with washing machine, ironing board and sink. Third external shower is located in the patio/garden to enjoy nice cool water in the tropical atmophere. The small garden is provided with light and decoration too. First floor with: - a master and spacious king size bed room, work table, nice veranda, provided with aircon, fan and flatscreen TV. - deluxe queen size bedroom, desk, huge wall cupboards and wardrobe provided with aircon, fan and flatscreen TV. - bedroom with queen size bed, provided with aircon and fan. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated with teak wood carving screens to provide extra touch of traditional thai style and all the first floor boasts wood parquet. First floor with a stylish bathroom with modern WC, basin, walk-in huge shower. Anjali Villa gives her best in night time: please switch off the main ceiling lights and turn on the table lamps and garden light to enjoy the amazing tropical atmophere. Listen the silence and our small birds get back home... enjoy the peace of your holiday. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house minus a storage room where I collected some personal stuff. I can arrange for the guest the pick up in Suvarnabhumi Airport and in Dong Muang airport. Other things to note Located in a strategic position, Pattaya is a 1 and half hour highway from Bangkok downtown, 1 hour from International Survanabhumi Airport, 30mins from U-Tapao Airport, 40mis from Koh Samet island and 3hours from Koh Chang island. If you are landing in Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can take the 389 bus, which will stop at Food Mart in Pattaya, which is only 1.6 km from the villa and will cost you around 150 baht/person from the airport. If you are traveling in a group, a taxi or minivan could be recommended, because it will take you directly to the villa and isn’t that expensive (depending on how many you are to split the bill). If you are landing in Dong Muang Airport or in U-Tapao Airport your only option is to take a taxi. I recommend you book before arrival, to get a cheaper price. The fee for taxi and mini van are shown in our Airbnb profile pictures. It is possible to get a Grab car or taxi. The rooms will be made available based on the total number of guests: - for one or two guests the master king size bed room only will be made available - for three or four guests the master king size bed room and the deluxe queen size bedroom will be made available. - starting from five guests, all the rooms will be made available. - please note that regardless of the number of guests an open room with king size bed and an additional single bed are always available on the ground floor
