Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life The space For architectural reasons, a small but fine attic flat was created that reflects the South Tyrolean character: a flat with character, nooks and crannies. The flat is 50 m2 in size and has 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, small parlour, shower & WC and a balcony with a view of the Merano mountains. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The flat is fully equipped with china, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, TV, towels and bed linen. There is NO elevator. For stays of 10 nights or more, towels and bed linen are changed weekly and the flat is cleaned. Arrival days are Saturday and Sunday. For arrivals between Monday and Friday please contact me. Guest access I offer also a parking place. In the entry you find a library with books, journals and games you can rent free. You also find a lawn for sunbathing for relaxing after a sporty day. Other things to note By law, all guests must be registered online. I will therefore ask you for your passports or identity cards on arrival. I would also like to inform you that the house does not have a lift. The neighbouring building is a grocery shop. It can happen that a delivery sometimes comes early in the morning. Regarding the price-performance ratio, I would like to point out the following: I have a regular licence to rent out private rooms, so I am subject to all requirements and taxes.
