Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the site of the Palais des Evêques de Saint Lizier offers a luxury hotel residence, overlooking the village of Saint-Lizier, and offering an exceptional view of the Pyrenees. The residence consists of 54 fully equipped apartments ranging from 40 to 80 m² (1 to 6 people) spread over 5 buildings. The space The apartments offer you a beautiful area of about 41 m², divided between a sleeping area with double bed, a sleeping area with single bed and a living room with sofa bed for 1 person OR a sleeping area with double bed and living room with sofa bed for 2 people The living room opens onto a fitted kitchenette (small fridge, microwave oven, glass-ceramic hobs, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes) with a table and chairs. The apartments have a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, separate toilet or not depending on the apartments. Bed and bath linens are included in the reservation for this accommodation. The beds are not made. Wi-Fi included Other things to note - Wifi included at the reception and in the accommodation. - Linen included (beds not made). - The end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area, dishes and garbage cans) is optional at €65. The guest has the choice to do the cleaning themselves and to make the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness: - Accommodation deposit €250 per accommodation for any stay from 5 consecutive nights - Cleaning deposit at the final cleaning rate per type of accommodation for any stay. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before return of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the listing. Cash or credit card payment. - Baby bed rental, high chair and bathtub depending on availability: €10 per unit per stay or €5 for the bathtub. Cribs are umbrella beds (mattresses and sheets not provided for hygiene reasons) except Pescalis €25 for the complete bed kit + chair + bathtub without price/service details - Pet: €10 per night per pet. Maximum 2 pets per accommodation. Pets kept on a leash in public areas. Vaccination notebook required Dogs 1st and 2nd category prohibited. - Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: €19 per service requested before arrival, subject to availability (not bookable for stays in July and August). - As a general rule, our receptions are open daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m. or 8 p.m. in high season in July and August). The reception may be closed on Wednesdays all day and on Sunday afternoons in low season. Details can be found in the services of each residence. Report your scheduled arrival time in advance. Any arrival outside the opening hours of the reception is subject to a special key exchange procedure. Otherwise, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed.
