We are situated in the most beautiful, quiet part of Savina, with a pebble beach below the house and a view of the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. The apartment has a bedroom, equipped with double beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, TV, cable TV, big terrace with a sea view. Also, the additional room can be added upon request, which is paid extra. The space Accommodation is next at the coastline. It has a big terrace with a beautiful sea view. Very peaceful neighborhood. There is a pebble beach in front of the house, very suitable for kids and families. Other things to note Only guests that are registered in the accommodation are allowed to be there during the stay. Upon the arrival of the guests, we have to do the registration with the local authorities and pay the occupancy tax. Please prepare your passports so we can do it just upon your arrival. The price for an adult is 1 euro per night. For children, 12-18 years is 0.5 euros. Children under 12 do not pay. The hosts do the whole registration process so guests don't need to bother with the bureaucracy. Guests only provide passports and the hosts will do the rest. If needed we can provide a cradle for the baby.
