The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and a few minutes from the points of interest, with many restaurants and interesting things to see in the area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and, because of its proximity to everything, guests won't need a car. Arrecife is also a great starting point for exploring the entire island. The space The building has parking for guests who come with a rental car and an elevator. A car is not necessary to get around Arrecife, since all the points of interest are less than a 5-minute walk away. In addition, there is a large avenue next to the sea that runs along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen, ideal for those who love to take walks. To explore the rest of the island, you can book excursions or rent a car for specific days. Guest access The building has parking, subject to prior reservation. During your stay We like to give guests the freedom to enjoy their stay, greeting them on the first day to welcome them, show them everything, and help them get settled. Before and during the stay, we are available to guests and available 24 hours by phone, with a 24-hour emergency phone number in case you need anything or any problems arise. Other things to note The building in Arrecife offers fully renovated apartments, exquisitely decorated and equipped specifically for vacation rental. The homes are very spacious and full of light. The building was built in 1999 and the apartments were refurbished in 2018 for the vacation rental market. The area is unbeatable, quiet and easily accessible by car. In addition, everything is close, so the car is unnecessary. Parking is available in the same building, although the entrance can be narrow, so a car that is not very large is recommended.
