The space An absolutely gorgeous loft in the perfect location - short walk to all the sites of beautiful Palermo. Right next to a beautiful little square with quiet bars for aperitivo. The flat itself is stunning - modern and clean decor set in a classic old building - with unparalleled views of the city. It is equipped with all comforts: free Wi-Fi internet connection, LCD flat screen TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster. We want our guests to stay in a healthy, clean and comfortable space. So we personally carry out the cleaning and we have adopted the measures recommended by the guidelines for sanitizing the rooms. We use disposable cloths that we throw away after each cleaning and disinfectant chemicals on all surfaces. The apartment is on the fourth floor in the historic building named Palazzo Marchese built in the late sixteenth century, headquarters of the first Post Office of the town. You reach it through a panoramic glass lift, unique in its kind, which represents an added value compared to the other apartments in the historic center which are normally without a lift. A staircase leads from the kitchen-living room directly to the sleeping area equipped with a double bed with a view of the Palermo sky. Below, instead, an open space with a suggestive panoramic view over the rooftops of Palermo. The bathroom, intimate and refined, is equipped with an open space shower in black marble from Africa and glass, without the need to open or slide any doors. Guest access Whole loft is available to guests. Loft is just a short walk from the civil and religious monuments dating back to the Arab-Norman period (1130-1194), declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located on the fourth floor of the historic noble building of Palazzo Marchese (16th century), which was the site of the city's first postal service from where the couriers of the eponymous family of Post Masters of the Kingdom set out on horseback.
