Lovely, homely, non smoking and pet free Deluxe caravan perfect for a family break at the Award-Winning Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Own car-parking space. Enjoy a fun-filled break in the park with its own private Blue Flag family beach. All bedding provided. No making-up beds! Just bring your own towels. The park has fantastic facilities - all within 10 minutes walk. A bus link from the park means that it’s easy to explore the area. Train station in town provide links to Exeter and beyond. The space The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park and is less than 10 minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Also 10 minutes walk to the centre of the site and the swimming centre, shops, crazy golf, bungee bouncing, aerial adventure, climbing wall, children’s park and amusement arcades, family restaurants etc. On arrival your key is ready for you so you can go straight to the caravan. No waiting in long queues to check in!!!! The caravan has 32 inch smart tv, DVD’s for your use, and there are all mod cons in the caravan including microwave, full functioning kitchen with utensils and crockery, iron and board etc. There is WIFI at the caravan park site but the quality can be variable but there are hot spots in the entertainment complex. The caravan has mats to clean your shoes on and a rack to put them on inside to help keep the carpets clean and fresh for everyone. So sorry no pets. Other things to note The caravan is listed as having 1.5 bathrooms as it has a shower room, wc and hand basin and also a separate wc and hand basin. Cots and high chairs can be hired on site but please note that there is no space for a cot in the main bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms - one double sleeping two and 2 twin bedrooms each sleeping 2.
