Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. See opinions in "Rest of opinions" (they refer to the same property). The space Nice Vila in very quiet place with two floors totally equiped. Upper (main) floor: Kitchen; Dining-living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace surrounding the house, with barbecue, solarium, and 3 dining tables, chairs and sofas and table tennis. Lower floor: Kitchen-dining-living room with an ice machine, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with individual wooden sauna (infrared), cellar, and storage and laundry room, totally furnished porch with big hot tub, solarium, heaters, hammocks and swings, and an outdoors cinema system with its own popcorn machine!! Both floors are communicated by external and internal stairs (with separating doors -no lock-). All 5 double bedrooms have TV sets and 4 of them a view over the ria/estuary. Besides, the villa has a cinema zone and WiFi, as well as Netflix accounts in both living rooms and main bedroom and Dongle, Chromecast or Miracast systems in each TV set. HBO Max, Movistar and Amazon Prime accounts on some TVsets. 1,200 meters of garden with grass and fruit trees and a solar shower at the entrance from the beach, tree swings and hammock for children. Totally equipped (it is used as a main residence throughout the year, and only rented when their owners don't use it): Both kitchens have dishwashers, microwaves, fridges, washing machines, tumble driers, ceramic hobs (one of them induction) and are totally equipped with linen, cuttlery and all the things and household appliances you can need. The house has also got a Roomba hoover robot, Thermomix cooking robot, Nespresso, gas and coal barbeques, BluRay 3D and 4K, Xbox, PlayStation 4 with Virtual Reality, Netflix accounts, icemaking machine, and many films, DVDs and 3Ds blurays and videogames as well as board games, 2 bikes, pingpong table and 2 kayaks, 3 SUP paddle surf boards, a surf board, body boards, electric skate, waveboards, kites, snorkel and fishing equipments ... You can also find neoprene wetsuits in a lot of different sizes. Of course we also provide bed clothes and towels, bathrobes, slippers and linen for the house including beach towels, so you only have to bring your own clothes. There is an earth telescope and several binoculars to watch birds (Villaviciosa Ria (estuary) is one of the best conservated estuaries of the Cantabric coast and has been declarated as a protected Natural reservation). The house is ideally situated to walk to the beach of Rodiles, one of the best sandbanks in the green north of Spain (1km long) with several Surf schools. It is also wonderfull for practicing water sports, to walk or ride bikes. The beach of Misiego, right in front of the house, is suitable for small children (since it is a part of the "ria"/estuary, like a salted water lake) and for kayaking. 2 km away from a supermarket and 10 km from the beautiful and animated town of Villaviciosa. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but pets are welcome (some petbeds are available). Guest access The whole property is rented together. The hose has a garden of some 1.200 metres with several fruit trees and a lot of outdoor seats and bed, even a swing. There are gas and coal barbeques, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs or paddle surf boards, a surf board, waveboards, electrical skates ... and everykind of games, videogames and snorkle equipment, table tennis, ... Other things to note Solar pannels and pellets fireplace for a more responsible experience. San Llorenti is the most quiet road in Rodiles and has a very good access for cars and walking from the beach. The house is south facing oriented, over the boardwalk from the beach along de ria (estuary). You can see both banks of the ria from almost everywhere in the house, terraces and gardens (4 or the 5 bedrooms have such breathtaking view either by night and in the daylight. According to Spanish Laws and regulations, we have to inform the local Police (Guardia Civil) about all the guests, just as hotels do. If you are not willing to share the info of your passports or ID cards, we kindly ask you not to ask for any reservation, cause we cannot host you.
