Welcome to S258 – Step into a peaceful local stay designed for remote work. Nestled under shady trees, our home is 10 km from Chiang Rai’s center — close enough to explore, far enough to focus. Work in comfort with 1Gbps Wi-Fi, an LG monitor, an ergonomic chair, and AC. A full ensuite bathroom is all yours. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a coffee & tea bar. We have the Xiaomi X10 robot—just message me and I’ll leave it at your door. Otherwise, the corded Xiaomi vacuum is also available in the common area. 🛏️ Room Cleaning: Staying long-term?
