Upstairs, a landing serves a bathroom and two separate bedrooms: a 10 m2 bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a large 18 m2 bedroom with a 140 cm bed. All mattresses are new and of high quality. A baby bed and a folding bed are also available. 🏡 Enjoy the views of the shared garden, relax on the sunny southwest-facing terrace and have lunch in the shade of the courtyard. 🚲 For your rides, we provide bicycles. 🐮🐴 You will be surrounded by our animals: Limousin cows, chickens, Ouessant sheep and our Grison pony. If you are interested, we will show you our world on the farm! 🌳🌊 From June 15 to September 15, through the barn, you will have free access to our garden and our heated pool in the back. Guest access 🏡 Garden, courtyard shared with the Chez Théophile gîte 🚙 Independent entrance to the owners Owners'🌳🌊 garden and pool in the back, accessible in summer through the barn Other things to note ⚠️ We apply a RATE WITHOUT CLEANING FEES, so we ask that the house be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. If the cleaning is not done upon departure, we charge €80 through the resolution center. If you would like the cleaning package, please let us know Cleaning ➡️ fee extra: €40 for a stay of 2 and 3 nights €60 for a stay of 4–7 nights €80 stay longer than a week 🛌 Sheets and a towel provided Except for babies: cot sheets and towel not provided. 💦 OWNERS' POOL, our children may be present. Unrestricted access, we ask for common sense: be clean and do not apply sunscreen. 🫧🧂WELCOME KIT (2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, a few pods...), some groceries and cleaning products provided. ⚠️ NO AIR CONDITIONING, old house that keeps cool provided you are careful to close the shutters and windows during the day and open at night. ⚠️ Outside persons not allowed unless prior agreement from the owner. 🔌 Charging of electric or hybrid cars is not available on-site. 🐕‍🦺 Animals NOT allowed for reasons of hygiene, allergies and the presence of our cats in the garden. ⌚ Flexible check-in times from 5 p.m. (or after 6 p.m. if you have booked within the previous 24 hours) and self check-in possible.
