A 13 ha estate including a private lake, forest , meadows, dovecot, watermill, huntinglodge (holidayhome) and abandoned Midieval castle. The B & B has 4 large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Large windows, high sealings, beautifull vieuws, on the groundfloor a living/breakfastroom with woodburning stove. Spread out through the garden are bearchairs. Listed roomprice is: per night, based on 2 persons, does not include breakfast Continental breakfast : 13.00 euro p/p, The space Historic buildings combined with contemporary luxury, robust, authentic, bright rooms with large windows, high ceilings. Plenty of space for guests to fully enjoy the diversity of the 13-hectare estate. The Bed and Breakfast is located in the stately Maison de Gardien (1810) located at the symmetrical courtyard. On the ground floor is a spacious suite with extra-long bed (chambre de FALETAN). A beautiful covered external staircase provides access to the first floor where there are 3 more rooms. (chambre de MUSY, chambre de DAMAS, chambre de PRUNELE). The spacious rooms, with stunning views of the estate or the chateau. All 4 rooms have of an ensuite LUXURY BATHROOM AND SUITE suite. The rooms are bright, equipped with every comfort, tastefully decorated and have large windows We have a common room for our guests (we have 4 guest rooms). The spacious common room/breakfast room on the ground floor is always accessible and is heated by a wood-burning stove in spring and autumn. The room has a cosy seating area followed by a spacious breakfast area with an extra-long table. The large French doors provide a beautiful view of the castle from all angles. In the adjacent room you can make unlimited coffee (fresh bean machine) and tea (quooker/boiling water tap). There is a fridge with white wine, crémant de Bourgogne, beer and various soft drinks (for a fee). There is a small-sized microwave oven. It is NOT possible to cook; Breakfast is served outside in fine weather. Scattered throughout the estate are comfortable chairs (Canadian bairchairs), picnic tables and other seating areas. The 13-hectare grounds include woods, meadows, a lake and a large area of landscaped gardens. There is always a place where you can sit comfortably. Whether out or in the sun, on your own, sheltered, with beautiful views of our castle, our lake or our horses. The uninhabited castle is locked and cannot be visited. The lake is private, only our guests can fish there (carp and pike). The lake is not suitable for swimming. If you enjoy wine, wine tasting, walking, biking, visiting village like Beaune, Autun or just relax in the countryside this is the place to be. Guest access The whole estate with woodlands, fields, a 2 ha lake, gardens. Everywhere there are areas where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful old buildings. The horses are for private use only. 🌿 Surroundings We live in the countryside, close to the vineyards of Burgundy. 🎣 Our Lake Our private 2-hectare lake is reserved for fishing (carp and pike only).
