All newly painted and new furnishings, located in Luxurious Beach Walk Community. Walking distance to private beach on Lake Michigan. Community in ground pool, tennis courts and several playgrounds. Very safe and family, friendly area. NEW OUTDOOR PRIVATE HOT TUB ADDED. One of the main playgrounds is behind the back yard of this home. Great for families with children as you can relax on the deck or porch and watch your children. There Is a large back yard with ground level deck with chairs, fire pit, pick-nick table and gas grill. The backyard faces one of the playgrounds so you can relax on the deck or screened in porch and easily watch your children from the home. NEW OUTDOOR PRIVATE HOT TUB ADDED JANUARY 2020. The deck and hot tub area has a string of dime lights hung from the trees to porch just to give enough lighting for the area. Privacy fence blocks side of the house. You will have full access to the main and upper floors. The basement is unfinished and I use for storing cleaning supplies and linen. All wood flooring through out and tile in bathrooms. No carpet. Beachwalk Management takes care of all my guest. The office is located in the subdivision. If you need anything that is not listed the office at Beachwalk will get it for you, just call them or stop in there. Beachwalk Resort is a community with its own access to the beach on Lake Michigan. There is the community pool, tennis court, basketball, playgrounds and all walking distance. Take a stroll in your private golf cart and see all the colorful homes or visit the community park where live music is played on Saturday evenings. Parking for three cars in front and side of the house. There is also a over flow parking lot just up the road. Very close. Cost for parking passes during summer months is $5 per car for entire stay. Off peak months parking is free. The pool and spa company comes out before every new quest arrives to maintain the private hot tub. They do not enter the house but they will be in the back of the house where the hot tub is for a short time. Wood for fire pit is not provided but many stores in this area sell wood. Wrist bands for community pool are $10 each for entire stay.
