We rent out our apartment "Kanzelnest" in a beautiful alpine house on the Gerlitzen. At about 1,600 m near the middle station, tranquility, nature and a fairytale starry sky await you. The accommodation on the upper floor is lovingly furnished and promises a break from everyday life. The view of the valley and the Carinthian lakes during the morning breakfast on the balcony is unique. The space The approx. 55 m² apartment with separate entrance is spacious and offers enough space for 6 people. The three bedrooms (2 of them with bunk beds) each have a built-in wardrobe and an additional electric heater. In the living room, a tiled stove spreads a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, a cozy sitting area with a large table invites you to linger. For the evening hours, board games and a TV are available. The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, dishwasher, fridge, (filter) coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, soda stream as well as sandwich toaster and toaster. ATTENTION: the last 750 m to the property is a dirt road. The condition varies depending on the season and repair work. With a car that is not lowered, the journey is usually not a problem. Other things to note We rent out our apartment for at least four nights. The price includes sheets and fresh towels. For each guest (18 years and older), we are required to pay a tourist tax of 4 EUR per night. This fee must be paid in advance. In return, you will receive a toll ticket to drive directly to the house by car. ATTENTION: In winter it is not possible to drive directly to the house. The car must be parked on P5. The house is about 750 m away. Luggage transport with Skidoo can be requested but not guaranteed. Arrival with a backpack is recommended. If there is enough snow, ski-in / ski-out is possible, otherwise the slope is within walking distance of 100 m from the house. Wood for the tiled stove is available to you.
