The space The room is located in the attic of the house, it is independent, therefore, you do not need to go through the rest of the house, if you want privacy. The room has a 1.35 bed, everything is new, and it is very cozy. The bathroom is inside the room with its shower. There is a built-in closet. You can use the kitchen and other common areas. Easy parking at the door if you come by car. NO SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE, OR AT THE WINDOWS. NO BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, OR VERY BULKY OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.
