🏖️ Apartment close to the beach (7 min), cozy, quiet and unique with its woodwork, plants 🪴 and its cabinet of curiosities. 📍Very well-located apartment near shops and places to visit (Jardin des Plantes, Escal'Atlantic, landscaped park) Spacious: 70 m² on the ground floor with a large open-plan living area that opens onto the bay window and the 15 m² wooden terrace with table and chairs, surrounded by vegetation 🌾 where you can enjoy listening to the birds 😀 🪶 The space The apartment consists of a large open space with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ideal for 4 people, maximum 6 people if there are children or for a short stay. 🛌 For sleeping: Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds suitable for adults and children. In the living room area there is a bed on a mezzanine and a sofa bed (2 extra beds in total). Bedding is provided. For one-night stays, towels are not provided. 🍳 The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and 4-burner glass ceramic cooktop, a French press (coffee provided ☕️), kettle, toaster, and blender. You will also find spices, herbal tea, powdered chocolate, oats, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. 🚿 The shower room has a shower, and the toilet is separate. Towels are provided. 💿 Available: a large number of books, art books, CDs, cassettes (yes, we still listen to them here 😏), comics, and card games that you can use 👌🏽 The apartment also has an iron with an ironing board. 🗣️ I speak French and fairly good English. Note that there are a few steps at the entrance to the building. If you come by car, you will find free parking spots on the street depending on how busy it is. For transportation, you can take the bus from the train station. 15-minute journey.
