Quiet 2-floor Villa, 80 meters from Agnontas beach. The villa is a detached two-floor house with large terraces, and can host up to 5 people. It is calm and quiet, ideal for a family, 1-2 couples, or a small group of friends looking for a nice and quiet place for their vacation, while having easy and quick access to the island's best beaches. From the two balconies you can enjoy the great view to the green pine tree forest. The space The 1st floor features an open kitchen and living room with a sofa-bed, fireplace, dining table, and a WC. Three exits give acess to the villa's front terrace. 2nd floor: Two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a double bed and has its own private balcony. The second bedroom features two single beds, which, with a specially designed supermat, can turn into a double bed. Both rooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and shutters. The bathroom on the second floor has a WC and a shower. Both terraces are covered for shade all day-long, and are equipped with seats and tables where you can enjoy your coffee/food, or just relax.
