This home has over 80 bison surrounding it and an abundance of wildlife including wild turkeys, deer, owls, and red-tailed hawks! The farm is over 100 acres with two spring-fed creeks. Take a hike and explore the ruins of the old Sanders Mill. We are only 11 miles from Durhamtown and 15 minutes to the Ritz Carlton. This farmhouse is the headquarters for our bison farm. Wake up to coffee with the friendly bison surrounding the home. You will be a short walk to the old ruins of Sanders Mill built in the 1800s. There is a large parking pad for trailers and a two turnaround areas to pull large trailers out of the property. Guests are welcome to walk around the perimeter of the bison enclosures and enjoy the tranquility of the spring-fed creek that flows past the old mill. The farm has quick and easy access to I-20 via two routes. Guests can be on the highway in less than 5 minutes by driving East toward Siloam. The alternate route is through Greensboro and will take you 5-10 minutes. The local private airport is only 5 minutes to the North. The farmhouse is the first white home on the left when you turn left onto Bowden Pond Road It is at the top of the first hill. There is a red brick home directly across the street.
