Pool house at Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach, Hot Tub!

This is a unique property at the top of Sunset Cliffs within a mile to Ocean Beach! Close to Downtown Gaslamp. The property has a phenomenal entertaining backyard, great for relaxing by the pool during the day, Hot Tub, or sitting by the fire or rooftop bar at night with a glass of wine! Walk down to the bottom of the street and you will find 2 miles of walking trails next to the ocean cliffs! The space There is a main house and a pool house on the property with a separate access. Please note there is a total of 28 steps (spread out over 6 areas) that lead from the front of the house to the pool house. Guest access We have had a high volume of inquiries regarding using the pool and common area for socializing with friends and additional family members that guest not staying with us. Due to COVID-19 we are very strictly enforcing only the 1-2 guests staying can uses these areas. Please understand this is our home property and increasing guests, increases our risk. No exceptions. Guest have access to the pool house studio, pool, hot tub, roof top bar, barbecue, fire pit and lounging area. Please note this is a shared area with our family. We do try and respect our guest and try not to use the pool etc at the same time. We encourage you to enjoy yourself in the backyard by the pool and hot tub. Please enjoy yourself and the grounds! The pool house is inside of the fenced in pool therefore we are not comfortable with small children staying at the Airbnb due to liability and safety reasons. Also, the common areas are only intended for use of our Airbnb guests. Special exceptions can be requested and made on a case by case basis. Under no circumstances are loud parties allowed. If this occurs, we reserve the right to ask our guests to check out. Other things to note About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our primary living space when not hosting guests.
