300m from the church, restaurants and bars, the house is also 150m from the supermarket, and 50m from the Carole tea room, or the friendly Paul l 'antiquaire shop. Although close to all amenities, our house offers a haven of peace, overlooking the road, out of sight in a pretty wooded garden and sheltered from the winds. Bright, spacious, facing south. Ideal with family or friends. A house that looks like us,simple and warm... Lively! The space In addition to being ideally placed near all amenities, our house has a significant asset on a very windy island, and where little vegetation manages to grow: A pretty lush garden and a 60 square meter wooden terrace connecting the two houses into two separate spaces. Guests can enjoy this wooded garden and out of sight. The large house is adjoining our other house, also rented and shares with it the garden. It should be noted, however, that this garden offers different separate spaces, and therefore allows the occupants of each house to enjoy it quietly. We provide the bed and kitchen linen but not the towels. We ask for an extra 3 euros per bath linen provided if you do not wish to bring your own. You will find toilet paper in the toilet on your arrival, as well as garbage bags in the garbage cans, but we do not provide them for the entire duration of the stay, it is up to you to proceed with the restocking, if necessary. Important: During the school holiday periods in all areas, we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday (except for the weird vacation type Toussaint). Cleaning is your responsibility: the house must be returned as clean as you found it (sanitary facilities included), garbage cans emptied. If you would like to subscribe to a cleaning option, please request it, and we will see on a case-by-case basis what is possible (depending on checkouts, arrivals, and our availability). Important: We do not receive pets and make no exceptions to this rule, no matter how cute or small.
