LJ Village Home with private pool & spa

Located in the village of La Jolla - under a 5 minute walk to the shops & restaurants, and less than a mile from the beach. The space This home features an open floor plan looking out onto a private yard with a black bottom pool and built in spa. There are two master bedrooms which each have their own ensuite bathroom plus a king size bed and tv. The 'upper' master bedroom also has a day bed with trundle, as well as a large couch. The 'lower' master has french doors leading out onto the rear wooden deck. Two additional smaller bedrooms share a bathroom just down the hall....one has 2 single beds while the other has a full bed. The fifth bedroom we call the ‘bonus room’ (is a converted garage) which has a queen bed as well as a full bed, large couch and tv. It has a 3/4 bathroom as well. There is a fantastic kid's play house in the yard, which is fully fenced & secure. The private swimming pool, spa and built in BBQ make it is the perfect spot for outdoor Californian living. The pool is also fully secure with a safety fence. This is a non-smoking home, pet free home. Street parking only..... it is free with no time limits, and there is usually space out front for at least 2-3 cars. This property is suitable for families or groups to spend time and enjoy their stay, while respecting the neighbors and neighborhood. It is not suitable for noisy gatherings and/or parties. There is a noise monitoring system in place which will notify us if the 80 decibel level is exceeded for more than 10 minutes, and if excessive noise continues beyond 30 minutes then guests will be asked to depart. 2. Due to the widely varied use of the pool heat in winter and the air conditioner in summer, we have a $25/day allowance for the cost of utilities; any charges above that will be additional.
